What this isn't is 'Cali' style gourmet pizza; if you are expecting an ultra -thin crust with scant cheese and odd toppings look elsewhere.
A lot of the flavor is in the dough, and it takes someone with a lot of experience to make it taste 'right'. I've eaten at many pizza places here and can honestly say there are very few in So-Cal where I've had authentic New-York pizza (Maria's comes to mind)-- and this is one of them.January 10, 2017
