  I go here all the time because I love the food. But, they have serious issues. Lime they almost inevitably omit something from my order: no tortillas, wrong side order, giving me sweetened tea when I was very clear to order unsweetened. They also run out of stuff often. Such as: tortillas, desserts, beverages, CHICKEN! I've done their online survey and mentioned these issues. Nothing changes. But, I love the food so I just go in hopeful every time that I'll be able to buy what I want and actually get what I've paid for when I do.

  I completely stopped going to the location off the 5 freeway @ Lyons. EVERYTIME ( in the Drive Thru ) I order burritos, there is barely any chicken. The burritos are stuffed with mostly rice. I thought perhaps it was due to how busy this location was, running short on chicken. So the last time I went, I made it a point to look inside and the grill was full of chicken. When I got home -- still had the rice-filled burritos. I think they serve the walk-in crowds better, since they can go back to the counter and complain. Once I get home, there's no chance I am going back to complain at the counter. Pretty sure that's the game here.

  Everything was great! Good service and dependable food. Wish a bathroom had a changing table though.
